Job Description

As a Graphic and Multimedia Designer, you will collaborate with directors and clients to build visually engaging websites and digital content that perform well and meet security, usability, and accessibility goals.

  • Liaise with the director to define website requirements
  • Present design options to clients
  • Design web pages, ePOS system, Payment System including graphics, user interface, animation, and functionality, to maximise visual effectiveness and ensure appropriate access
  • Upload new catalogues and product images, ensuring accurate descriptions and effective promotion
  • Develop user experience design for websites and applications
  • Design and develop web interfaces for relational database systems
  • Establish methods to ensure website or application security and recovery
  • Write and publish website or application content
  • Test website, ePos system and application interaction and performance before launch, and monitor and maintain functionality
  • Activate and manage the live teechnological products

Entry Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (minimum requirement)
  • Candidates typically hold a degree or equivalent qualification; however, other academic qualifications and/or significant relevant experience may be considered
  • Various vocational, professional, and postgraduate qualifications are also acceptable

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
  • Experience with web design and development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles
  • Ability to create visually appealing and functional designs
  • Effective communication skills

Experience & Language Requirement

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience.

English Language Requirement: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English at B2 level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale.
